Assigning a contract question
When assigning a contract to an end buyer, does the seller have to approve of it? I made the mistake of talking to an agent who didn't have a clue what wholesaling was and she said without the approval of the seller I wouldn't be able to assign the contract.
Any advice is appreciated!
