assigning a contract
im about to do my first contract assignment--can someone tell me exactly how to do it? do i put the end buyer on the contract i initially signed or do i have to draw up another contract? and do i get my money up front (the difference between my purchase price and the end buyers price) or do i have to wait for the closing with the end buyer?
