First quarterly increase in 3 years
Case-Shiller just out this morning with prices up 3% in the 2nd quarter. Down from a year ago, but still the first quarter over quarter increase in 3 years.
Las Vegas and Detroit are still falling, but Dallas and Denver have each seen 4 straight months of increases.
