Hi there - I am looking to sell 2 of my condo properties in Scottsdale, AZ.

They've had amazingly low maintenance/upkeep & always well sought after by tenants. Zero vacancy in 2 years.

Both have had constant 7-9% returns, projected to increase 1-2% year over year being in such a desired area.

The reason I'm selling is because I'm deciding to go all in on cryptocurrency and take a big swing.
