experience so far has been lending private money here in charlotte. i am looking for my first rehab to take on myself and also looking for some rental property. I will say Bryan A has met with me a couple times after we met on here at this forum. He has given me some invaluable advice and perhaps saved me some coin looking in a bad area! thanks
