After over 20 years of teaching as a public school teacher, I've decided to try to salvage with is left of my retirement money and become an investor full time. I have just started using my real estate salesperson's license and hope not to return to the classroom next September, 2009
Experience
I live on one floor of a duplex. I've done 2 single family house rehabbs. I currently own a duplex as a rental property that is now cashflowing. I have a duplex that is currently being rehabbed. I am involved in a sandwhich lease option deal.
Real Estate Goals
I want to become the premier supplier of handicap accessable housing in the City of Philadelphia. I also have an interest in sustainable housing. I want to become involved in tax liens and multi-unit housing.
Currently Seeking
I need cashflow. I am looking for rental units. I am also interested in foreclosure and REO
