A.J. Nickolas Bolding

I live and work in Southern California / Los Angeles County as a background investigator for the State of California. I hold a B.A. in Criminal Justice and previous employment includes serving 8 years in the Air Force/Reserve. Real estate has always been a passion of mine and is always included as a working status in some form. My ventures are conducted in California only. I have a CA Real Estate license, but only use as needed for my personal use and investor contacts who are actively searching for property. I consider myself to be patient, yet efficient; and I do not consider "unconventional" to be synonymous with "risky." My personal motto: "If the deal isn't a win/win for all, then it's not a good deal." (I believe you'll make more money in the long-run by staying true to this). My favorite quote/phrase: "Never give up."
