Built custom homes during the early 80's.

Owned a commercial construction company from the mid 80's before relocating to Seattle.

Managed the reorganization of a workout of 40MM multifamily portfolio in Seattle. Duties included completing construction on multiple projects, restructuring loans with multiple lenders and deposing of properties to make the entity profitable.

Top producing real estate agent with 4 assistants in Seattle. Primarily negotiated deals on rehabs that were sold to my buyers. Mainly listed probates and rehabs. Managed rehab for my buyers for an additional fee.

Bought and rehabbed houses and small MF (part-time) in Seattle WA during the 1990's.

Partner in a security company doing access control, CCTV, fencing and automatic gates.

Currently have worked on SF, MF deals as a consultant for friends and associates in commercial real estate.
