I have over 30 years experience in residential and multifamily construction. I also did high end fix & flips in the Austin, Tx area before the crash of 08/09. Basically retired now.

Experience

As an experienced contractor I am able to locate properties at below market prices and take the project from start to finish as a project manager. I also work with wholesalers looking to sell and buyers or investors looking to invest in long term opportunities.

Real Estate Goals

Looking to hook up buyers and sellers for wholesale properties. I mainly concentrate on buy to rent properties at below market value for a higher return for the investor.

Currently Seeking

I network with established turn key operations across the US. I am always looking for multiple properties, mainly SFHs that anyone or any established company has for sale at wholesale prices and provide a minimum of double digit returns for the buyer.
