I am a full-time real estate investor, author and mentor in Arlington, Texas and is the president of Vanguard Marketing and Investments, Inc and â€œAREAâ€ real estate investors group. I purchased my first investment property in 1971 in Georgia. I havea a B.S. Degreefrom Jacksonville State University and Masterâ€™s Degree in Education from Mississippi State University. I have taken numerous courses by real estate gurus including John Schaub, Robert Allen,Carlton Sheets, Wade Cook, Russ Whitney, Dolf de Roos, Mike Summy, Roger Dawson, Bill Barnett and many others. Experience

Dennis is the president of Vanguard Marketing and Investments, Inc. and "AREA" Arlington Real Estate Association of Investors, he is an eloquent speaker and has written many articles on real estate investing. Dennis is also the inventor of "Turbo-Bidder" Real Estate Investing software.

In 1971 he purchased his first investment property in Adarisville, Georgia and he has owned property in many of the Southern United States. He holds a B.S. Degree from Jacksonville State University and a Master's Degree from Mississippi State University both in education.

Dennis has taken numerous courses by real estate gurus including John Schaub, Robert Allen, Carlton Sheets, Wade Cook, Russ Whitney, Dolf de Roos, Mike Summy, Roger Dawson, Bill Barnett and many others.
