My father and I own the company and have over 40 years experience between the two of us.

We want to aid our clients in purchasing investment homes so that they can maximize their cash flow position and minimize their tax burden. We will handle every step of the process for them until it becomes an income producing property.

We have a couple of things we are seeking. First a possible hard money lender to help us with our transactions which are in Chicago and Jackson, MS currently. All are NOO but we will be moving into the retail market as well. For the NOO investment properties, all of our clients are from all over the country yet the properties are only in Jackson or Chicago. Our clients are strong borrowers.

We have also filed our own PPM where we the investors that have funded the PPM have received between 10% & 12% depending on the amount and term. The money is pooled. The finance company supports the operational company.

Right now I have a first position note to sell on a property in MS that is at 68% to ARV. The loan amount is $55,000. The buyer of the note will receive 15.99% interest and this is what the borrower will pay. The borrower is in place and the deal is ready to go, we will only be collecting points for originating the loan but you will receive the full interest rate being charged.
