Jeremy believes that actions without meaning in commercial real estate are worthless. After a trip to West Africa while studying for his Ph.D., Jeremy concluded that we make significant impacts on our lives, families, and communities by having meaningful interactions with one another. Thatâ€™s why Jeremyâ€™s committed to training and developing people who invest their own money in commercial real estate.

Jeremy is the owner of CreInvestEd.com as well as MANSARD, a commercial real estate services firm, is a CCIM designee and part of the CCIM Network. Jeremy serves as the President of the New England CCIM Chapter and is the 2010 Recipient of the Susan B. Groeneveld Award of Excellence. He is one of Bank & Tradesmanâ€™s New Leaders of 2009 and is also an instructor for the CCIM Institute where he teaches Financial Analysis for Commercial Real Estate and Market Analysis for Commercial Real Estate.

Jeremy has taught throughout the United States, has trained members of some of the countryâ€™s largest commercial real estate brokerages, Fortune 100 companies, and U.S. State Department employees.
