I was raised in Frankfort, KY and attended the University of Kentucky where I was a member of the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps. Upon graduating in 2008 with a degree in Political Science, I commissioned into the Air Force to serve as a Munitions Maintenance Officer. I am currently stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base, LA, but invest in real estate in Central Kentucky.
Experience
I have had aspirations to be an entrepreneur since I can remember. My interest in real estate began several years ago after conversing with a family member in the business. My business partner and I started K&V in November 2009. We have since closed on six properties.
Real Estate Goals
2012: We plan to complete 6 rehabs and purchase at least 8 rental units.
Currently Seeking
Single and Multi-Family Homes in Central Kentucky.
