I run a real estate company in the west suburbs of Atlanta, GA that specializes in purchasing, rehabbing and reselling REO properties. We purchase and renovate about 10-15 houses per year. In addition, we consult to other investors, manage rehabs for other investors, and stage/list/market properties for the investors we work with.
To manage/rehab/resell 30 houses in the next 12 months.
