I am a career entrepreneur and own an IT services company that has appeared on the Inc. 5000 for 4 straight years.

In early 2009 I began to get serious about real estate investing. I have an office building and a growing number of rental homes. I've built several homes since 2011.

Experience

I've owned and flipped a few properties over the past 20 years, but starting in 2009 I've started to build a portfolio. In 2009 and 2010 I acquired some single family homes, but also have experience in office. In late 2010 I bought a ranch that is my homestead.

In 2011 I started building spec homes in Austin and have built and am in progress on several homes.

In 2012 I flipped a ranch. I bought a 7000sf unfinished foreclosure, 50 plus acres surrounding it from different owners, finished the home, and sold the entire property.

In 2013 I am working on several new home builds in Austin, TX.
