Experience

I have been interested in real estate investing since reading Rich Dad: Poor Dad while in college. I earned my real estate license in 2011 and have been helping investors create real financial wealth ever since.

Real Estate Goals

My personal real estate goals involve purchasing a primary residence in Q1 2013 and my first investment property by the end of 2013. I am most intrigued by the possibilities of buying distressed property using investor financing, rehabbing those properties, and then owner-financing them to an occupant.
