I decided to pursue real estate investing as of 05/2014. I have worked in retail/sales for several years and have gained management and sales experience to help aid me in looking for tenants, deals and investment properties. I am now fully integrated into property management and have been doing it for a full year. I have gotten my real estate license and am full time working in the real estate industry. I am a property manager for a 100 unit complex downtown.
