I'm a real estate investor in the making. I just got a well paying job and am educating myself on real estate investing because I believe it is the best thing to do with my money. I've been reading books and doing everything I can to learn more about the industry. I have big dreams, lots of belief, and good work ethic. And I'm excited about my future!

Real Estate Goals

Short Term - Get my first home/property (either a SFH and rent out spare rooms or get a Fourplex).

Somewhere in Between - Find my first investment only Multifamily residence and start from there.

Long Term - Replace my current 9 to 5 income with rental income and be financially independant.
