I'm a full-time real estate investor in Bremerton, Washington, which is a medium-size town about an hour west of Seattle. We own and manage approximately 50 rental units in the area, do fix and flip properties and are one of the largest wholesale real estate companies in the county. I am on the board of the Real Estate Association of Puget Sound (REAPS) and currently lead the REAPS Kitsap investor group which meets the 1st Wednesday of each month at the Cloverleaf Sports Bar and Grill in East Bremerton.
