Experience

We have purchased, rented, sold, or renovated over 100 properties in the past four years. We began in the Phoenix market in 2003 and were strictly retail flipping. Moved to Memphis in 2006 and began our buy/hold strategy. We are also a licensed general contracting company and have completed over 75 residential projects in the past two years.
