Jaime is one of the founding partners of the North Carolina based law firm of Brady & Kosofsky, PA. Jaime is a licensed attorney and leading authority in residential real estate law and title, short sale transactions, REO practice, and the unauthorized practice of law which is a leading topic and issue among the real estate professionals in the Southeastern region of the United States. He is called upon by various real estate companies, brokers, lenders, publications, and other professionals to share his knowledge and consult on various projects and educational programs. Jaime lectures several times a month on short sales, the default industry, and the unauthorized practice of law Jaime maintains a robust residential real estate and default based law practice which services all of North Carolina and South Carolina.
Jaime is a Member of the North Carolina State Bar, South Carolina State Bar, West Virginia State Bar, REOMAC, Open Door Institute, National REO Brokers Association, National Association of REO Brokers, The Editorial Advisory Committee for RESPAnews, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Lawyers Association of North Carolina (RELANC).
