I recently had the pleasure of working with Jake. He was very professional to work with, and was always readily accessible either via phone, e-mail, IM, or text. I expect him to do very well for himself in any endeavor he takes on and look forward to working with him again.

Jake is smart and creative. He’s not afraid to look at difficult deals and find solutions. It’s kind of his thing.

Jake is a connector. He’s found me flips to finance with excellent returns and has found buyers for many of my out of state properties. On one occasion, he found a single buyer for over 30 SFR’s and duplexes back when good buyers were scarce, and financing on multiple SFR’s was next to impossible.

Jake is reliable. I can always count on Jake to work hard and have my interests in mind. He clearly spends time on due diligence before reaching out. He knows what I’m interested in and values my time.

To put it succinctly, when Jake calls, I pick up the phone… always.
