I grew up in the construction and multi-family housing industry. My father was a home improvement contractor that invested in multifamily housing. Growing up with a working knowledge of what it takes to own, maintain and invest in multifamily properties has given me an edge over many. Specializing in mismanaged and distressed properties has allowed myself to acquire properties at a discount, improve, lease and hold for cash flow.
