I have been successfully investing for over 8 years. I have owned rentals (over 80 units at one time... sold into the run-up), rehabbed at least 100 homeowner properties, and wholesaled everything else.

Currently involved in a development deal in ND... and still own a couple of rentals in Batlimore.


Real Estate Goals

To continue to lead the lifestyle that I real estate has allowed my wife and I to live. That means that my time and how it is spent is more important to me then a deal.

Did I just say that?

Hell... I am a deal junkie... I love the notion of finding a potential deal and then turning that potential (equity) into profits.

I just love it!


Currently Seeking

My focus has shifted to commercial deals.
