Began investing via equity purchase deals on SFR's in default. Started buying notes and lending money in 1989, then began focusing on probate and trust properties and lending on same.
Real Estate Goals
Never retire! Tried it. Didn't like it. Plan is to continue lending, buy/sell, add a few more rentals, write and speak.
