I'm an investor from Amarillo, Texas. I've been investing since 2003, and I specialize mostly in wholesaling now. I also have rental property and notes, and I'm currently looking to increase my passive income with more long term holds.

I love being a part of the BP community and helping new investors grow in their understanding of the business.

Real Estate Experience

I have extensive experience in a variety of investment strategies. I've done everything from carrying notes on single families to rehabbing apartment complexes. I currently focus mostly on wholesaling but I have some rentals, some notes, and I do some rehabs to retail.
