Hi there,

I just learned about this site and have been impressed with both the responsiveness and thoroughness of replies.

I am a real estate newbie but quite tenacious and I'm committed to becoming successful as an investor. I took a Wealth Intelligence class on Foreclosure plus another three-day seminar on becoming an investor and shaping my financial foundation much differently. I have a friend who I'll be working with and we would love to attract a mentor to guide us.

Since Portland, Oregon has a great number of foreclosures right now, this is my focus right now. I'd like to wholesale initially so I' want to work with other investors and private money.

I'll be sending lots of questions, scenerios to learn from what appears is a very knowledgeable group of investors.
