My focus is mainly on building new construction and selling real estate notes.
I am also author of the book "The Real Estate Millionaires' Blueprint for Long-Term Wealth Creation", available at http://www.REMillionaireBlueprint.com.
Experience
Work with 2 main companies:
* Endurable Property Solutions- focuses on buying and selling short sale properties in Phoenix Arizona.
* Endurable Investments- focuses on buying and selling properties with Owner financing in Austin, TX.
Real Estate Goals
To build new houses at 60% LTV. I find that picking up distressed properties at 60% LTV is increasingly difficult, but I have a system for building new properties in solid subdivision for great profits.
I also assist the Texas Note Company on selling real estate notes to folks with cash who are looking to get a better interest rate than they could at the bank.
