I am the Broker/Owner of a real estate company, a mortgage brokerage, a real estate auction company, an escrow company, and I invest most of my personal portfolio in multi-family developments located very close to major universities...my very own proven strategy...just ask, I will share it with you.

My ultimate goal is to own 1 multi-family property next to every major university with a campus population of 100,000+.
