I'm a buy-and-hold investor in the DFW area. I'm the broker/owner of New Option Realty, a flat-fee real estate brokerage.
I also have a regular 9-5 career in the IT field since my husband is a serial entrepreneur as well, so someone has to hold down the fort ;-).
I purchased my first rental in 2004 (not a good one unfortunately), and have been in and out of Real Estate ever since.
I am the broker/owner of New Option Realty.
My husband and I also hold our own rentals and seller-financed notes on the side.
