I'm the president/broker of New Option Realty, a flat-fee, a-la-carte real estate brokerage.

Experience

I purchased my first rental in 2004 (not a good one unfortunately), and have been in and out of Real Estate ever since.

My husband and I started our own Real Estate Brokerage last year, with me being the Broker. We want to implement a different pricing structure to help save our sellers and buyers money with their RE transactions.

We also hold our own rentals and seller-financed notes on the side.
