I have owned several rental properties and have recently began rehabbing properties with a partner with the intention of selling (or holding) them after finding tenants.

I would like to be in a position to become a full-time investor with a portfolio of properties that will allow me to retire from my JOB within 5 years.

I am trying to establish a positive income through rehabbing properties, placing tenants in them and selling to end buyers/investors.
