I'm a Real Estate Investor learning to do Fix & Flips (Rehabber) in Los Angeles and Orange County.

Currently own a 3 unit Commercial Building in Port Byron NY, a SFR in San Antonio TX and 6 Tax Deed lots in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, Alabama, and Pennsylvania. I've attended multiple Real Estate Seminars.
Real Estate Goals
I want to become a full time investor. I want to become an expert at doing Fix & Flips and Rehabbing. I want to reinvest my money in Commercial Real Estate (apartments, self storage, mobile home parks) so I can earn passive income.
