I am a Real Estate Investor, I am also direct with lots of NoteBuyers Nationwide on a daily basis.... I can help buy your real estate notes, any type and any size, we've got lots of Buyers whom are interested in purchasing monthly payments..
I am also a private contractor for attorneys offering legal service plans and identity theft coverages for individuals, families and businesses. My website is in my profile....
But I'm very pationate about Real Estate and that's why I'm investing in Real Estate full-time as well as offering Legal Service/Identity Theft coverages all over the United States.
I'm looking to network with business-minded people nationwide and getting some deals done.

Real Estate Experience

I am very passionate about Real Estate that I help buyers purchase their first homes, I basically refer buyers to Real Estate Agents or the Sellers... I love seller-financing because everybody WIN... Offering Seller-Financing sells a home fast at a Great Price, Great Interest, Fast too.. Seller-FInancing can help a lot of people become Homeowners.. Seller-Financing puts more deals and commissions for the Agents. Seller-Financing gives the Note Investors those monthly payments as their cash-flow and those Great Investments.
That's what I do... HELPING is what keeps me Motivated. Because there are lots of people who need Help when it comes to Real Estate.
I basically do here and there, referring buyers to sellers buy a home, help sellers sell their homes fast utilizing owner-financing and I invest in the monthly payments, get the sellers their cash, and everyone have Peace of Mind with a BIG SMILE! I personally invest in Notes and that's ALL ABOUT ME... HELPING PEOPLE...

Real Estate Goals

I want to help people become homeowners. I want to help more sellers sell their homes fast, and get them their cash by purchasing their seller-financed notes. I want to help the Agents sell more homes and I want them to utilize owner-financing as the best alternative for buyers to own a home, sellers to sell their home, and making more sales and that means more $$$$ in their pockets. To me, personally, $$$$ can always come later, but if we was to put HELP first in our careers or whatever we're doing, all the Blessings will come naturally...
