I am very passionate about Real Estate, where I'm investing in Notes and also Distressed Properties (discounted bulk or individual homes) that I help buyers purchase their first homes. I basically refer buyers to Real Estate Agents or the Sellers... I often see so many people renting for so many years in the same home, but lacks knowledge of becoming homeowners themselves... and that is what? **just throwing money away and paying off somebody else's mortgage**, right? I love seller-financing because everybody WIN... Offering Seller-Financing sells a home fast at a Great Price, Great Interest, Fast too.. Seller-FInancing can help a lot of people become Homeowners.. Seller-Financing puts more deals and commissions for the Agents. Seller-Financing gives the Note Investors those monthly payments as their cash-flow and those Great Investments.
That's what I do... HELPING is what keeps me Motivated. Because there are lots of people who need Help when it comes to Real Estate.
I basically do here and there, referring buyers to sellers buy a home, help sellers sell their homes fast utilizing owner-financing and I invest in the monthly payments, get the sellers their cash, and everyone have Peace of Mind with a BIG SMILE!
