We are newbies. Started learning in November 2008. We need all the help we can get. No money no credit, and seriously considering a short sale on our own property. we are both currently self employeed. I am a massage therapist and my husband is a tile setter. we are out of work and looking to change our situation. This would fix us and our future. All the help we can get we would love to give back in the future. We have decided to focus on wholesaling as it is the only way to get going with nothing to back us. this site looks like a great way to network. We look forward to getting to know everyone here.
