I love (honestly crave) real estate deals. It’s like a drug for me and I don’t know why. I’ve jumped out of airplanes, landed in war zones, conducted interrogations, stood in the oval office with the president, and nothing has given me the thrill of putting together a sweet real estate deal. I don’t know what’s wrong with me.
I am an investor, licensed realtor, and construction consultant. I work with a network of licensed contractors to add value in the construction process. I prefer new construction vs. rehabbing and flipping. However, I am doing mostly rehabs at the moment due to the market condition. Luckily my construction background allows me to easily transition to flipping. I also have several long term rentals. So, I do just about what ever makes sense. I’ll build a spec home, buy a rental property, or renovate and flip a home depending on the circumstances.
I live in Virginia but I also operate in Utah and North Carolina. I have focused quite a bit on Affordable homes. I think it’s a great market. However, I'm always looking for new tricks and good people to work with, especially in this fast changing market.
Rehabs, rent and holds, new construction (spec homes and custom log homes), wholesales, rent-to-own etc.
I am currently seeking homes I can rehab. I'm not affraid to put some of my one money into the deal.
I get excited over subject-to or seller financing hold and rent properties.
I'll do just about anything, once. Or, anything that is profitable.

Justin, I have also the source of financing for bigger projects as the commercial and big apartment complexes. That could be a loan or venture capital or JV partnership, case dependent. 01:12PM on April 20, 2010 · George S. |

Mike, Right now I would probably only consider Tooele, Salt Lake, & maybe Utah counties. I'm not 100% confident that Utah has bottomed yet. So, the deals will really have to be great. But, I'm serious and professional. I won't waist you time. 05:05AM on July 25, 2009 · Justin Pierce |
