In my own words...

I'm a member of The Vizion Group (VizionKC), a real estate investment company in the Kansas City Area. I've been a full-time investor for 2 years now and wouldn't change it for the world. We have created a system that makes real estate investing completely passive (if you want it to be). We find the house, rehab, and sell it (or rent it) for the investor. Most of our investors want to be passive but if you want to learn how we do it we can teach you.

Real Estate Experience

Our current team has successfully rehabbed & flipped or rented over 40 single family homes. However, our renovation crew has completed over 80 whole home remodels. We have recently opened our system up to other investors because we are finding more deals than we have the financial capacity to purchase ourselves. We figured why not help someone else make a lot of money while we make a little. This way we don't have to completely pass up on any deals.

Real Estate Goals

Our plan is to continue working with other investors and flipping our own single family homes until everyone involved has made a substantial amount of money. From there we (and our other investors) will move up to commercial properties. We will open the door to apartments, hotels, developments, etc. at that time.
