I have been investing in real estate for about 20 years. I've held all types of property and still hold several rentals. Currently, my primary focus is wholesaling. I also provide coaching services to those looking to get started with their own wholesale business.

I've been investing for about 20 years and have bought and sold all types of real estate - residential, commercial, industrial, and ever a few land projects. While I hold several houses as rentals, my current focus is wholesaling.
Real Estate Goals
Continue to generate monthly income from wholesaling, generate 4-6 larger checks per year from Sub2 deals and rehabs.
