I have a love for the industry. If you can do what you love to do every day for a living, you are more fortunate then most. I have a dream and I am not afraid to go for it. I take the opportunity to read on BP every day as you can never learn too much. This site is a fantastic vehicle for education, networking, marketing, etc. I feel very lucky to have found in when I started my company. The advice and direction along the way has been invaluable and I hope to be able to "Pay It Forward" to others along the way.

Experience

In the 1990's I owned my own siding/decks/window replacement company. In 2003/2004 I did my first gut rehab property in New Orleans. I have since relocated to Florida (post Katrina) and decided to pursue my dream after months of doing nothing but tons of research. Outside of the real estate industry, I have had 20+ years of accounting and business management experience.

Real Estate Goals

To do wholesaling, bird dogging and partner in some ventures for the opportunity to grow my equity. May main focus is on SFR and MFR up to 4 units. Of course I fall across potential projects along the way larger then I a personally interested in but always willing to share. After I have a solid equity base I would like to grow my portfolio with rental properties and continue to do rehabs as possible for the enjoyment. I am currently taking classes to get my Real Estate License as well to open up new avenues in this wonderful field. I would like to add Property Management and Real Estate Sales to my future goals. My main focus; to help fellow investors with their business needs in the area so that we may grow together.
