My company can direct, facilitate and expedite real estate projects, financing and issues in the city (Phila) concerning properties, permits, zoning, etc. We consult on things from financing to design and from construction to construction management. We've worked on single family homes to developing multi-million dollar commercial buildings. We also invest in our own portfolio. We are a source of deals and projects in the City of Philadelphia and are constantly looking for other builders, developers and investors to do work with.
