I am the founder of Urban Retro Fitters. Urban Retro Fitters can be characterized as a owner/developer of affordable apartments, catering to the eco-conscious who desire healthy, eco-friendly living. Urban Retro Fitters was developed to provide rapid access to the type of unique apartment homes at affordable rents. It is our belief that healthy Green living should be available to all.

Experience

I started out taking courses from real estate gurus. From Trump to Dave Lindahl. Having learned the basics I started of with buy and hold properties (rentals) and then moved into fix and flips. I then did condo conversions Now I am doing green remodels and apartment value plays.

Real Estate Goals

to hold (10) 100+ unit apartment complexes and do green remodels. to grow Urban Retro Fitters in to a world class Green renovation company, and to expand out operations other states.

Currently Seeking

I am looking for investment partners who want to get into value plays with apartments and finding off market undervalued properties in need of major rehab. Urban Retro Fitters is set up to do complete end to end green rehabs
