I am formerly the director of acquisitions to a large lender. Managed a lot of their construction portfolio. I am currently an active builder in the Go Zone regions of Mississippi. We build single family homes and duplexes. My real estate company that I own in Florida manages our REO database where we have 2 lenders who offer us on a first right of refusal for SW Florida properties.
