Summary Until about 2014Q4, I was focused on higher margin pre-foreclosure and courthouse foreclosure opportunities in central North Carolina while providing management for our rentals. In 2017Q1, sold our interest in Raleigh apartments and shifted to secondary market opportunities, change of 'best and highest' use, and (currently) exploring new development and other business applications for real estate including forestry, solar farms (we have one 500kW facility (energized 5/2018)), agriculture, and aquaponics farms.
