Summary
I am focused on high value pre-foreclosure opportunities in central North Carolina. I am also looking for like-minded individuals to build continued success through consistent execution of sound real estate practices

I run two companies currently. One is a real estate holding company where I was instrumental in acquiring over 60 individual properties since 2002. It is very successful and designed for long term RE investment holdings, cash flow, and long term tax benefits to members. The second is also a real estate holding company designed for capital appreciation, current and LT capital gains. I am principal in both companies and am always exploring ways to capitalize on opportunities as they present themselves.

In the current environment, the focus is on Cash Flow. Acquisitions: discounted REOs, HUD properties, courthouse foreclosures.
Currently Seeking
I am seeking new ventures and potential business deals. Currently I am looking at debt and equity partnerships in the Raleigh, NC area.
