Summary

After working over 20 years as a software developer and entrepreneur in high-tech companies, Chris changed careers in 2001 and entered the real estate investing business full-time. After starting and running successful real estate holding companies, Chris is now focused on high value pre-foreclosure opportunities in central North Carolina. Chris is looking for investment partners and like-minded individuals to build continued success through consistent execution of the business plan in a geographic area with solid real estate investment opportunities.

Real Estate Experience

I run two companies currently. One is a real estate holding company where I was instrumental in acquiring about 45 individual properties since 2002. It is very successful and designed for long term RE investment holdings, cash flow, and long term tax benefits to members. The second is also a real estate holding company designed for capital appreciation, current and LT capital gains. I am principal in both companies and am always exploring ways to capitalize on opportunities as they present themselves.

Real Estate Goals

My real estate holding company designed for capital appreciation, current and LT capital gains has goals over the next 18 months of achieving at least two real estate joint ventures with like minded investors who see the same opportunity presented in the local real estate market. Discounted REOs and HUD properties, in addition to well selected distress acquisitions, provide a vehicle for substantial financial gains for my company and our partners.

Currently Seeking

I am seeking new ventures and potential business deals. Currently I am looking at debt and equity partnerships in the Raleigh, NC area.
