I have been a senior executive in the 1031 exchange Qualified Intermediary industry since 1986 and have administered in excess of 75,000 1031 exchange transactions during my career.

Our fiduciary services also includes Title Holding Trusts, Deferred Sales Trusts, and other trust and custodial services designed to serve the real estate industry.

Real Estate Experience

I am also a private investor in the single-family and multi-family property market since 1987.
