I am a MF investor, primarily passively through the LP position, but am interested in building up a MF portfolio in the Overland Park/Topeka/KS/Shawnee area. Acquisition Criteria: This change per market but my general guideline is the following:
1) +5 Units
2) Class B/C- / Value- Add
3) Up to $10M
4) Cash Flow Positive
