Looking to network with Knoxville Investors (2/15-2/16)
Hi! I am visiting the Knoxville area. I am interested in investing in multi-family units and would like to meet other investors/operators/agents in the area. I have experience in short-term rentals (if that is of any interest to anyone) and have my real estate license in New York (I live in Chicago). Any advice on neighborhoods to check out would be much appreciated. I am available to meet Feb 15 and 16th.
