Any good deals you are aware of for buying & holding land/lot for around 50K budge near Bastrop,Taylor etc?

OR how to find land deals in Austin area? I heard we can buy from developers or builders directly.Not sure whom to contact.Appreciate if you can share some insights on how to proceed, whom to contact ,where to look for ?
