Recommendations for Townhouse Builders in Seattle

Hi all,

I am interested in building out a townhouse community in Burien,WA near the SeaTac Airport. I'm currently looking for any recommendations or leads on reputable builders that has worked townhouse communities in the past. Our project goal will be approximately 8-11 townhomes (3 bd, 1500 sf, attached garage).

Also, if any of you have worked on a recent similar project, could you provide high level estimates on the build cost per home?

@Andy To, Price will vary a lot. For example, if you already have the land:
what are the finishes you are planning to use. Basic/Average/Luxury... This will be one of your factors.
Another factor is utilities, do you have utilities on the main street, or you will need to spend a lot just to get utilities to your site?
Do you have steep slopes?
Do you have a previous gas tank or spill and you need to do environmental mitigation?
