Hi Everybody, Ozzy Sirimsi here. I am an Investor since 2004, a Real Estate Agent since 2014 and an active Bigger Pockets user/fan since 2015. I specialize in Baltimore City and surrounding cities as a whole and specialize in working with Out-of-State investors as well as Newbie Investors  I listen and understand what they are looking for  Send possible deals ( I don’t believe in daily listings so only send tailored individuals listings especially for Baltimore)  Go check the houses, and if buyer cannot come or out of state, do a facetime with them while in the house  Go over the possible renovations and BUDGET Once we are all on the same page, and everybody is comfortable about the deal, we buy the house I normally don’t stop there  I helped them to renovate the house  go through the renovations  explain the process  work on their budget  if we agree act as their GM during the renovation  Rent their house I call it a “full package” because I believe a newbie investor or an Out-Of-State investor needs a full package, and I get involved as much as they want me to be involved. It got to a point that, I import Kitchen Cabinets, Vanities, Drywall, baseboards and interior doors, get pretty good pricing, sell with very good pricing, so we all benefit. I can easily say my investment family is growing. I started my real estate journey 16 years ago with a condo purchase in Baltimore City, was not my best deal but thought me a lot about the process. Since then I personally bought many other rental properties townhouse and leave my W2 job in 2012, and dedicated my time into real estate. I am a big believer of Location Location Location and Multi-Units :D)) I don’t rent anything that I would not live in personally, so I update them all, so renovated all my rentals up the same standards, and manage them afterwards; with 16 years’ experience have pretty good knowledge on finding the right property, renovating it the right way with right budget, and renting them to right person or family. Ask me any questions, I am here to help. If you want me to help you to jump-start your investment journey, we need to talk.

The Noble Team with eXp Realty works with investors buying and selling properties in Baltimore City, including fix and flips, buy and hold investments, and multifamily homes. We provide estimated after repair values, detailed property observations, comparable sales, and video tours for investors who cannot visit a property in person. The team includes Brenda and Jane Huelle, Baltimore residents and REALTORS® who understand how significantly the market can change from one block to the next. Jane is also a lender, adding a financing perspective to the team’s real estate experience. Brenda has been licensed since 2016 and has firsthand experience purchasing, renovating, and maintaining rental properties. Before real estate, she spent seven years teaching English and ESOL. That background influences the way we work. We explain the process clearly, communicate consistently, and make sure our clients have the information they need to evaluate each property for themselves. Our primary focus is Baltimore City, but we also work with investors throughout Central Maryland and the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Questions investors in Woodlawn ask

Local answers only. The general ones are on the main finder page.

What do Woodlawn agents specialize in?

The 2 agents listed here specialize in fix & flip, fix & flip, long-term rental, mid-term rental, multi-family (2-4 units), multi-family (5+ units), primary residence, single-family rental, and townhouse/condo.

Do these agents cover Baltimore, Dundalk, and Ellicott City too?

Yes. Between them, the agents listed here also serve Baltimore, Dundalk, Ellicott City, Glen Burnie, Middle River, Towson, Bethesda, Bowie, Catonsville, College Park, Columbia, Crofton, Essex, Greenbelt, Hyattsville, Joppatowne, Overlea, Parkville, Rockville, Severna Park, Silver Spring, Upper Marlboro, and Washington. If your search is really greater Woodlawn rather than the city itself, start with the agent whose reviews mention the town you are buying in.

How should I choose between them?

Read the investor reviews first, then the agent's own forum posts, which show how they think about a deal before you have spent an hour on the phone. Ask each for the last three investment deals they closed in Baltimore County and how those deals performed. An agent who works with investors will have the numbers ready.

What is an investor-friendly real estate agent?

Not all real estate agents know the features investors need when purchasing rental properties. Some real estate agents work primarily with buyers looking for a primary residence. These buyers have many different needs than real estate investors. Primary residence real estate agents focus on features primary homebuyers need for their family versus considering after-repair value, the local rental market, or renovation costs. An investor-friendly agent understands the business side of purchasing rental properties and will help investors find properties that not only meet their budget but also help them achieve their investment goals.
