Banker by day, RE investor nights and weekends. The beauty of real estate? That as a W-2 employee I can qualify for rates and terms better than corporations I lend to. Fannie and Freddie make the combination of a W-2 and a SFR/4plex asset a more valuable combination than almost any corporate balance sheet and income statement. I don't necessarily get it but I'll borrow with it!
