Ever since I was a kid, I was fascinated by architecture and design. I studied architecture in high school and business operations in college, which led me to pursue my dream of flipping houses. I was able to do that for eight years. I worked in every aspect of the business as a soloprenuer. Unfortunately, a back injury forced me to scale back and I made the switch to real estate appraisal, which I have been doing for the last six years. However, I never gave up on my passion for renovating classic (1940's and older) homes, I love bringing beautiful old homes back to life! I am currently living in Texas and looking to build a portfolio of single and small multi family rentals in the St. Louis area using the BRRRR strategy. Thank you for visiting my profile.
